To Place an Order

BMT Micro processes credit cards for SoftSew.  After paying for your designs, you will receive information to download your designs immediately.  (Unless, of course, you ordered something that needs to be mailed to you, like a CD!)  If you have any problems, please contact us (SoftSew) using the form at the bottom of this page.

BMT Micro has tried to make it easy and convenient to get in touch with them. Their office hours are from 8:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Please note: It's very likely that you will get an e-mail reply outside of their normal business hours, so please don't hesitate to write. Orders can be placed on their secure server 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as well. Someone will answer your e-mail, and they really will call you back!
